Keanan Barbour-March I ordered 2 rings from them and needed them that same week because the other one, not shown above, was for a race coming up. So I paid for expedited shipping of both. They emailed me back and said one of the rings I needed was out of stock and they apologize for the mistake on the website, both rings will come separately. I said, okay, thats fine but can you refund me for my additional shipping charge? They said no, because it will now cost them more to ship them both separately and the rings are in high demand now. So I paid for expedited shipping and it took 2 weeks for them to make and send the one that was “in stock”.

The rings perform fine though. I can’t be 100% sure the oval helps my efficiency. But I can be 100% sure it does not hurt… When I need a new one I will be looking for another brand. I still have the emails, and even though the mixup was just the stock and shipping, they were not very nice about it.
